MEMORIAL DAY SCHEDULE:
NO 6AM CLASS, ALL OTHER MORNING CLASSES ARE ON
ONLY 5PM CLASS, ALL OTHER EVENING CLASSES ARE OFF

Workout:

Divide the class into teams of three then start a 20 minute running clock set to alarm every 30 seconds.  Athletes will attempt to complete a set number of reps during each of the 30 second intervals (11 reps each for intervals during the first 4 minutes, 12 reps during minutes 5-8, 13 reps during minutes 9-12, 14 reps during minutes 13-16, and 15 reps during minutes 17-20.  Only two team members can work per 30 second interval while one rests.  Reps can be completed, in any combination, of the following three movements: box jumps (20"), Russian KBSs (35/53), and push press (53/75).  Athletes that fail to complete the appropriate number of reps row 100 meters before being allowed to rejoin their team. Teams score one point for each interval successfully completed.
