Rebound

Adam has a really good natural rebound out of the bottom of his squats.  He hits a nice full range position and uses the stored elastic energy of his muscles effectively to get out of the bottom efficiently.

Workout:

Work up to a heavy single in the pause back squat.  Pause for 2 seconds.

12 minute AMRAP:
5 Back Squat (155/225lb)
2 Legless Rope Climb
10 Burpees
