3 Rounds with a partner:
For one minute partners alternately complete reps of seated dumbell shoulder press (20/30) and bench press (75/125). Partners can change movements at any time during the minute but both may not do the same movement at one time. Rest 1 minute. Then the team has four minutes for both partners to row for the same number of seconds as the reps they completed as a team above. If they finish before the four minutes is up they rest the remainder. Next the partners complete as many burpees and med-ball cleans as they can in one minute, with partners alternating movements each rep. Rest 1 minute. Then the team has four minutes for both partners to row for the same number of seconds as the reps of burpees and med-ball cleans they just completed as a team. Their score is the total meters rowed as a team over 3 rounds.
