The Clock Is My Training Partner

Seemed like a lot of people got a good push on the workout today.  May be the best thing outside a training partner to keep you going hard, these "hold your number" workouts.  Were there times during the workout you would have taken an extra breath or two today if it were an AMRAP or a for time workout?

1 Power Clean
1 Power Jerk
1 Full Clean
1 Split Jerk
*Work up to a heavy set

5 Rounds:
1st Minute: 6 Front Squat 4 Shoulder To Overhead (105/155lb)
2nd Minute: 3 Power Clean 6 Burpee Over Bar
3rd Minute: Calorie Row (12/15)
