But this isn't a bar, a TV show, or Boston (GO Pats!). This is a blog where we do posts about our gym, Crossfit Santa Cruz Central. And that's exactly what it is, OURS. The gym is shared between the trainers, clients and owners. Everyone plays a roll to make this place special. One of those clients who has been there from the beginning and beyond, back to the HQ days, had a birthday today. He has played a huge roll in giving this gym an identity. He is always there to lend a hand, he genuinly cares about this place you get to workout, and he's been for over 7 years setting the bar every morning at 6am for the following clients and trainers to come in and push themselves under his time or over his weight. Everyone knows his name, and as he likes to say, cheers! This ones for you Skip, happy birthday my friend.
