/Competitors and judges, do you understand the workouts? The Affiliate Cup this year is going to be run a little different. The way it is run requires all the participants to understand the first three workouts BEFORE starting the event. There is not a lot of time in between workouts. You can also follow the lead of Dillon, Stuart, Alison and Leanna here who are taking it a step further past simply understanding the workouts, and come up with some strategies! It's all fun, looking forward to tomorrow, see you out there! Starts at 8:30am.
