We're starting a little front squat cycle. First week we're doing 3 sets of 10 at 60% of your 1RM. Next front squat workout will be the same, just 5% heavier at 65%. Third week will be going for a 3 x 10 at 70%. These cylces are most effective when you write your numbers down, so try to keep track of your workouts! Side note... We were messing around today thinking about a funny slogan similar to some of the ones you see out there, Caffeine and Kilos most notable, Deadlift and Donuts, the newest Lift and Chill. Anyone have any ideas? It doesn't have to be two words how these are set up, maybe some word play or a spin off this idea?? If we get a goody maybe it'll be the next shirt idea!
