Run It Back
/There are an infinite amount of workout combinations you can formulate in crossfit. That's the main thing that keeps workouts fresh, 99% of the time you go to the gym it's a brand new workout that's never been done before. But sometimes, workouts are worthy of a repeat. This little 5 rounder was a workout we did some years back, actually a few times. Here's Osha, Rosemary and Anita hanging on for their row sprint.
