Sticky Icky Icky

There's a lot of "sticky spots" to fight through in a front squat.  (For most people) your elbows want to drop, the back wants to round, your torso doesn't want to stay upright, the knees want to come in, weight wants to shift forward...  It can be very challenging to hit this bottom position, as Kathie shows us here, with all of these little battles going on between the body and the bar.  Squatting to your potential takes a lot of focus and determination.  Nice job Kathie!
