We talked about efficiency in relation to the rope climb today. One of the things that can make a rope climb more efficient is having to set your leg wrap fewer times (in other words, getting more distance per "stroke"). One of the best ways to do that is to get your feet as close to your hands as possible each time you bring your legs up. Sarah displays an amazingly efficient, and smooth rope climb right here.
