1 Power Snatch
1 Hang Power Snatch (hover to right above the ground)
1 Hang Snatch (squat)
*each set is every 90 seconds

3 rounds of:
2 minute AMRAP of:
7 reps of kettlebell swing at 70/53 lb 1 rep of rope climb
Then: rest for 1 min T
hen: 1 minute AMRAP of: prowler push at 140/90 lb
Then: rest for 1 min
