Musical Burpees
/I've been wanting to post this all week. Monday morning before the burpee EMOM challenge started, the class slowly started swarming into a circle like some sort of burpee musical chairs was going to be played. Everyone went with it and stayed in the circle, great way to do that workout with a group!
