Musical Burpees

I've been wanting to post this all week.  Monday morning before the burpee EMOM challenge started, the class slowly started swarming into a circle like some sort of burpee musical chairs was going to be played.  Everyone went with it and stayed in the circle, great way to do that workout with a group!

Workout:

3 x 3 Shoulder Press

9 Power Snatch (95/135lb)
15 Toe To Bar
15 Thrusters (95/135lb)
15 Toe To Bar
21 Clean and Jerk (95/135lb)
15 Toe To Bar
