Today we were playing around with doing toe to bar without using any upper body to power the movement, instead relying on hip flexor and midline strength.  Here Hayley is trying to disengage her upper body for the toe to bar.  Then you can see after the fifth rep she engages her back (notice the space between her shoulders and ears before and after the fifth rep).
