200 meter farmer carry (45/60lb) & Walking Lunge
400 meter run
60 Burpee Box Jump (24/20in)
400 meter run
200 meter farmer carry (45/60lb) & Walking Lunge
60 Burpees
*One person working at a time on the burpees and burpee box jumps.  One person lunging while the other is farmer carrying, switch whenever desired, can only lunge while partner is carrying by your side, once dumbbells come down lunges stop.  400 meter runs are together.
