Get Down Under

Todays workout involved a heavy jerk.  A major part of being efficient at this movement is getting under the bar, thinking more about getting your body under the bar than pressing the bar up.   Clark was demonstrating that nicely this morning.  Here he is receiving the bar locked-out in his quarter squat.
