Fire It Up

Sparky had a nice rhythm here with his hang power snatches.  Not prepping the bar after it comes down, just firing it back up, allows a much quicker cycle time.

Workout:

400 meter run
3 rounds:
10 Hang Power Snatch (65/95lb)
20 Sit Ups
30 Double Under
Then,
200 meter run with medball (14/20lb)
3 rounds:
15 Pass Throughs
15 Pull Ups
15 Burpees
Then,
400 meter run
