Five rounds:
3 minutes on, 1 minute of rest.
AMRAP - 6 deadlift, 4 hang power clean, 2 shoulder to overhead, and 15 double unders. Athletes choose their starting weight and can increase weight by a maximum of 10 pounds each round. They have two scores, the weight used in the final round and the lowest rep total of any of the rounds.
