You all know the man whose birthday it was today.  A lot of us know him because of the heavy weights and fast times.  But what those that know him a little more know him for, is his generosity and kindness.  I've met few people who are so willing to always lend a hand.  You may think with the big weights, hard rock music and sleeve tattoos that this guy is not someone you'd want to approach, but as many have learned over the years, especially at Central events, he's nothing but kind.  This ones for you my friend.
