Get To The Grip

We are focusing on two aspects for the new deadlift cycle.
1 - Grip strength.  We will do this by only using overhand grip, no switch grip, and also no hook grip.  By doing this we demand more from the grip, strengthening it in the process.
2- Clean set up.  This simply means setting up for the deadlift how you would for a clean.  For most people this will mean bending the knees more in the set up.
