The burpee is brilliantly simple. Get on the ground - get off the ground - jump and clap overhead. We will be throwing THE burpee test at you very soon. Make sure you have the simple positions of the burpee dialed. See Raeid below for what those are.

3 minutes to run as many laps (around a gym sized oval) as possible. Each athlete must first complete one of the seven following stations before running each lap: 10 KBSs, 10 med-ball cleans, 10 pass-throughs, 5 calorie row, 10 push ups, or 5 calorie bike.
1 minute for the team to relay run as many laps as possible, one at a time, no buy in. Score is the teams total laps run.
