Path Of Least Resistance

Rowena hits the nail on the head in her jerk.  You know those jerks that just feel effortless?  That feeling you get is telling you you've accomplished keeping the bar in the most efficient path possible - the path of least resistance. 
Pay attention to how your lifts feel.  Everyone lifts differently, so to understand what works best for you, you must listen to your body.

Workout:

15 minutes - work up to a heavy set:
1 stop at start (2in) clean
1 front squat
1 split jerk

3 rounds:
50 double under
12 clean and jerk (95/135lb)
- rest 2 minutes
