Bring It Home
/Flo is not one to back down or shy away from a workout. It doesn't matter what comes up, she always takes it as a challenge and goes for it. Here she is bringing it home with some 7am supporters.
Workout:
200 meter overhead walking lunge (25/45lb)
*every time you rest (plate touches your head or passes below the top of your head), it's 9 burpees over the plate + a run to the 200 meter mark. Return back to your plate and continue lunging.
