Slow Down To Be More Powerful?

Here's a shot of Erick at West Marine taking his time in extension, feeling his positioning, and reinforcing correct movement patterns.  Slowing the snatch down like this is going to make him more accustom to and comfortable in the right positions.  In the long run then this will improve his technique and allow him to generate more power on the bar.
