Workout:

With a partner: 8 rounds - 
A round starts with teammate 1 rowing max calories for one minute; the number of calories is used to calculate how many reps of the next movement partner 2 does (40 minus calories rowed).  Then the teams have 2 minutes for partner 2 to complete the number of reps determined above of bench press (85/135) followed by teammate 1 completing as many reps as possible of wall ball (14/20). Then a one minute rest between rounds and teammates switch roles. For rounds 3, 4, 7, and 8, teams substitute pull ups for bench press and GHD sit ups for wall balls. Score is total team reps of wall balls and sit ups.
