A lot of times for the first part of class, during the lifting or skill portion, we give everyone something to focus on. Today we asked, what's your focus? We pondered it for a minute at 6am, and then came up with a really good thing to focus on - focus :) Having a general focused approach to lifting is a great aspect to concentrate on. Lack of focus can be the root of a lot of mistakes or lapses in judgment. Focus on you focus!
