Beach Day

What a morning at the beach.  Thank you everyone so much for coming down, and being a good sport and getting in the water!  Keep an eye out for the next one!

9 Burpee Box Jump Over (24/20in)
*start clock with 600m run.  Run 400m after 3rd round, and 200m after 6th round.
