Tight - Position - Movement

Bodyweight movements are all about positioning.  Positioning is all about being tight.  To set up in any bodyweight movement, you first want to make sure you're tight.  Here Christian is setting up for his push up in a nice tight position.

0-10min:
1 mile run buy-in
AMRAP clean and jerk (95/135lb)
rest 10-13min. 
13-20 minute:
800m run buy-in
AMRAP power santch (115/80lb)
20-23min: rest
23-27min:
400m run buy-in thrusters (65/95lb).
