Workout:

A. 1 minute to get max reps thrusters (65/95)
Rest 3 minutes
B. 1 minute to get max reps toe to bars
Rest 3 minutes
C. 1 minute to row for calories
Rest 5 minutes
Then, for time - 3 rounds:
Thrusters (Reps per round = 35 - # of reps completed during part A.) i.e. if you completed 25 thrusters in part A. you would do 10 (35-25=10) thrusters per round.
T2Bs (Reps = 35 - # of reps completed during Part B.)
Calorie Row (Reps = 35/30 - # of calories rowed during Part C.)
