It's Your Initiation

Alex shows us here how to not only set up in the front squat, but how to initiate it.  Two things that are very important in this process concern your elbows and knees.  Notice how from photo one to two to three he keeps his elbows up and knees out - this is setting him up to have a very effective bottom position.  
This is also Alex's last month.  He's moving back to Sac-Town to be with his (other) family.  Give him lots of love this month, and maybe he'll stay ;)
