What is Fitness Express?
A quick, high-energy, full-body workout in 30 minutes utilizing body weight movements with light-to-moderate loads No experience necessary. All fitness levels welcome.
The class will be coached by our very own Kelly Greco. We have an intro deal of $99/month! The class will be Monday - Wednesday - Friday from 12:15 to 12:45.
