Time Your Coordination or Coordinate Your Timing?

Connor shows us how we taught the kipping dip today.  He demonstrates here fantastic positioning and timing.  For this approach it's important to be patient and wait for the knees to come up before pressing.  The coordination demand here is very similar to a push press.  To effetively transfer force through your body, it is always crucial to have coordinatino and timing.  Can you think of other movements that require coordination and timing?
