Sweet Sarah

Fourteen years ago I taught a class called "Stretch and Strengthen" at a little studio in downtown Santa Cruz. Right around that time I started Crossfit and shortly after started coaching it. One of the ladies in that class was Sarah Albertson, and I convinced her and a couple of others to come try Crossfit. She is one of the few (if not the only one) that is STILL doing Crossfit after all of these years--still at 7am!! She is a terrific mover, a determined athlete, and such an inspiration. AND she just celebrated her 72nd birthday!
