Right Where She Left Off

Alison has been away for some time, but here she is picking up right where she left off, in a solid sounds position!

Workout:

27 minute AMRAP with Partner:

One partner rows while the other AMRAPS power clean (103/155), pull up, and push up. The rep scheme of the AMRAP (see pic) changes every 500 meters rowed. Partners can switch roles whenever they choose. Additionally, every 3 minutes both partners have one minute to complete 20 Abmat sit ups and rest. Score is number of rounds completed and distance rowed.
