So many things in CrossFit could look easy from an ignorant or inexperienced onlooker. It is not until participating in CrossFit workouts do you truly understand the difficulty of the tasks. Take the farmer hold from today for example, or even a farmer carry in general. Even after doing this movement many times over many years, we can still look at a movement and workout and say, "eh, I got this one." - and then moments later we are in the middle of the workout flabbergasted that we doubted the movement and workout again!
