Memorial Day Murph

Brian has been making good progress in his front rack position, but isn't quite there yet for squatting heavy.  So instead he has been experimenting with other grips.  Here he is using a hybrid grip that is allowing him to put some weight on his legs, and look at how solid that lower body is looking!  Great job Brian!

Memorial Day schedule:
7am - 8:30am - 10am - 4:30pm
Plan on giving yourself 90 minutes for class on Monday.
If you're going Rx or are planning on doing a lot of pull ups, bring hand protection!
