In the spirit of regional season, here's a throwback to the 2011 and 2012 NorCal Regional competitions. So good!

4 full Tabata rounds with 2:00 between:
Rd. 1 - Shoulder to overhead (your choice for weight)
Rd .2 - Ring rows
Rd. 3 - Front squats (your choice for weight)
Rd. 4 - Push ups
Then 200 ABMAT sit ups for time (athletes can complete reps of the 200 sit ups during the 2:00 between movements and then finish the remainder for time right after the last interval of push ups).
Scores: 1. The weight used for the S2OH times the lowest rep total of the eight intervals + the weight used for the front squat times the lowest rep total of the eight intervals. 2. The lowest rep total of the eight ring row intervals. 3. The lowest rep total of the eight push up intervals. 4. Time to finish sit ups.
