Is This Dumping Territory?

Leah on the back squat this morning.  
Leah is very proficient at dumping the weight off her back if need be.  This is a very important skill if you want to push the weights on your back squat.  Make sure if you are not comfortable with dumping weight off your back in the back squat, and you want to push to max loads, that we practice this skill before entering into max territory!
