Team Power Monkey Weightlifting coach Mike Cerbus is coming back to Central!  A lot of you are already familiar with the man and his abilities, but if you aren't and you're looking to better your weightlifting skills, this is a no-brainer! 
Mike has been working closely with Annie for a couple years now, along with other athletes, and if you've seen her lifting skills at all lately, it's easy to see the abilities Mike has as a coach.  We hope you take advantage of this unique and fun opportunity!

50 reps of kettlebell swing at 53 lb
1 rep of rope climb
50 reps of lunge
