Partner Up!

You've heard it a million times before - partner up!  Having a partner during your lifting session is an invaluable way to learn more about the lift you are doing.  Being able to watch a person lift, noticing what looks "good" and what could use an adjustment, greatly helps your bodies ability to perform the lift properly.  This has a lot to do with visualization and how that effects your neurological wiring.
