Tuesday, The 4th Of July Schedule:
7am - 8:30am - 10am

Workout:

20 minute ladder - 1, 2, 3, 4, ...etc. reps of:
bench press (95/155)
deadlift (135/225), or pull ups, alternating movements each rep step.
Athletes complete a buy in before each step of the ladder.

Buy in: assault bike 5/7 calories and (n) reps of pass throughs (+1 rep per round starting at 1). Score is the highest step completed.
