5X of 10 push ups and 20 double unders (work at same time, alternate movements)
20 synchronized toe to bar
Rest 2 minutes
Rd. 2 -
1/1, 2/2, 3/3, 4/4 reps of clean thruster (73/115)
Rest of round identical to round 1.
Rd. 3 –
1/1, 2/2, 3/3 reps of clean thruster (93/135)
Rest of round identical to round 1.
