Labor Day Sched
/There's something just naturally beautiful about upright squats. It's hard to defines, but don't you agree? This shot was taken with the heels up, which makes it easier for most people to squat upright (hence lifting shoes), but Rachel and Grayson looked precisely the same way without the heel lift.
