Soul Crusher

Alli with a near perfect wind up in one of today's bar movements. With so much work on the bar today, it was easy to fatigue. Maintaining a good kip (specifically letting the head come past the bar in the front and having the feet go behind--kipping from the shoulders not the hips) was very helpful for those that could do it. 
My 9am aptly renamed this workout "Soul Crusher"
