One of the best things about Crossfit is how varied the workouts are. There are endless ways to mix up the movements and stimulus so that you could literally never do the same workout twice. BUT one of the other best things about Crossfit is that the workouts are measurable and repeatable, which is an important piece in knowing if the training is working. This week we re-tested a few workouts from the past 6 months or so. How'd things go??
