Workout:

With a partner for time:
10/8/6/4/2  reps of the following movements with dumb bells (30/45), moving forward 8 feet each movement :
Deadlift
Push press
Front squat
DB push up
Maneater
Then lunge 40 feet back to start. Partners alternate working after completing each rung of the ladder. The waiting partner completes 50/40/30/20/10 reps of sit ups while actively resting.
