Today’s workout was a quick little calorie and midline burner. Here’s the 9am trying to make some reps and transition quickly between stations.

10 Rounds:
Every :30
1 Power Clean
1 Hang Power Cleans
1 Jerk
Then:
10 Minutes to build to a heavy set of:
1 Power Clean
1 Hang Power Clean
1 Jerk

Teams of 3:
4 Minutes at Each Station (Partners Alternating whenever they choose)
1. Ski Erg/GHD Sit Up/Rest
2. Assault Bike/KBS/Rest
3. Row/Pass Through/Rest
