Wenuses Back Young Grasshopper!

Some photos from this morning’s classes.
First one is Arthur (and his shadow) doing 30” box jumps. Second one is Arthur doing a set of tricep push ups (with his wenuses back) and in a “grasshopper” position (great cue from Karen Loutzenheiser). Next two are photos taken from videos of both Kyle and Dwayne during their bar muscle ups. Notice how high both gentlemen get their hips before their elbows start to bend.
