Workout:

With a partner for time:
Each partner rows 100m's, one at a time, with 30 seconds rest between rows. While one is rowing the other does 1 box jump (24"/30") and 1 shoulder press (75/115). Then they each row:
200's and 2 box jumps and 2 press,
300's, 3/3
400's, 4/4
500's, 5/5
400's, 4/4
300's, 3/3
200's, 2/2
100's, 1/1.
The rowers are preprogrammed with the distances and rests.
