Pillar Point

I happened to catch a fun shot of Brian doing his toes to bar during the Thanksgiving workout. Notice how we see his chest on one side of the pillar (during the arch portion of the kip swing) and then his chest again on the other side of the pillar (as uses his lats to close his shoulder angle and get his toes to the bar). This was one of his last rounds and he kindly did a big set for me so I could get the video—and then he ripped :(
