Workout:

6 rounds:
2:00 min work, 2:00 min rest.
Each round begins with a 250/300 m row buy-in. Athletes have the remainder of the work period to complete a total of 3,500/5,000 #'s of dumbbell bench press (athletes choice of weight) before the end of the workout. Benches are set up 10m from the rowers and dumbbells must be farmer carried from rowers to the bench and back. Any remaining time athletes AMRAP dumbbell push ups. Score is total reps of dumbbell push ups completed.
